Julie joined Palumbo & Bertrand in August 2020, having over 9 years of experience with real estate title work. Born and raised in Tonawanda, NY, she has greatly enjoyed a more rural lifestyle in Allegany County since relocating here for work in 2011. When not in the office, she enjoys volunteering her time towards community action events in the area, spending time with her family relaxing by bonfires, taking hikes with her boyfriend, Fred, and his son, Will, and playing frisbee with her dog, Zena.
Krysten McCoy
Receptionist/Legal Assistant
Aaron joined Palumbo & Bertrand in February 2017 as a Legal Assistant and has been working on real estate transactions since 2008. Born and raised in Portville, Aaron currently resides there with his wife, Meagan, and their children. When not in the office, Aaron spends as much time outdoors as he can, enjoying the 4 seasons the Appalachian Plateau has to offer.

Estates and Guardianship Paralegal
Denice joined Palumbo & Bertrand in April 2022 as an Estates and Guardianship Paralegal. She enjoys spending time with family and friends eating, watching movies, reading and beach days in the Florida sun. The joy of her free time is spent with her granddaughter and pup, Symba.
Renee Wahl
Estates Paralegal
Renee joined Palumbo & Bertrand in November 2022 as an Estates Paralegal. In addition to over 12 years experience as a paralegal, Renee has also been a tax preparer for over 30 years. Outside of work, Renee enjoys traveling with friends and family, and especially enjoys visiting the Thousand Islands.
Krysten joined Palumbo & Bertrand in September 2016 as the Receptionist for the New York office and as a Legal Assistant. During the summer, Krysten enjoys canoeing down the Allegheny River, as well as going for walks with her husband, Addison, their daughter, and their German Shepherd.
Melissa Iocco
Legal Administrative Assistant
Melissa joined Palumbo & Bertrand in November 2022 as a Legal Administrative Assistant in our Florida office. She enjoys spending time with her family, visiting Disney World, and trying new restaurants. Being fairly new to the area, Melissa spends her free time experiencing all the joy that Central Florida has to offer.
